1. If Only the Deposit Amount Has Been Received

If you booked with us and have only paid the initial deposit, but then decide to cancel your reservation, the following conditions apply:

The entire deposit will be refunded if the service promised by our representative is not provided.
The entire deposit will be refunded if the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of booking.
If the flight details sent via email do not match the contract, the entire deposit will be refunded.
The entire deposit will be refunded if the airline cancels the flight.


2. If the Total Amount Has Been Received but the Ticket Has Not Yet Been Issued

If you have paid the balance in full but the ticket has not yet been issued, we usually issue e-tickets within 2-3 hours of receiving the balance payment, and these tickets are sent to customers by email. However, if the customer requests that we stop issuing tickets in the meantime, or if the airline changes the flight before issuance, or if the flight is canceled due to weather conditions, the following conditions apply:

If the customer voluntarily cancels or changes their ticket and there is no issue with the airline, a service fee of £20 per passenger will be charged.
If tickets cannot be issued due to unavoidable weather conditions, a full refund will be provided.
If the airline cancels the flight, the customer will receive a full refund.

3. If the Full Amount Has Been Received and the Tickets Have Been Issued

When the full amount for the ticket(s) has been received and the ticket(s) have been issued and sent to the customer’s email or postal address, the following conditions apply:

Once the ticket is issued, the airline’s refund policy applies. Different airlines have different refund policies, and once tickets are issued, we are bound by their specific refund policies.
If the ticket has been used for part of the journey, the airline’s refund policy for partially used tickets will apply.
In the event of a passenger’s death, a death certificate must be presented to request a full refund for unused or partially used tickets, which we will process with the relevant airline.
For non-refundable tickets, only a small portion of the refund may be available, typically in the form of certain taxes refunded by the airline, which will be passed on to the customer.
